Mental Health Approaches and Psychotherapy
Here, you’ll learn how I integrate the body and mind to develop lasting mental strength, clarity, and stability.
My work is based on scientifically grounded methods and a holistic understanding of performance and health.
Mental strength doesn’t develop in isolation within the mind – it emerges from the interplay of thoughts, body, and behavior. That’s why I don’t just focus on the cognitive aspect; I consciously incorporate the body into my approach.
My work is informed by my own experience as a professional athlete.
I understand the demands of performance, pressure, and development not just in theory, but from firsthand experience.
This creates an approach that not only supports you in the short term but sustains you in the long term – in sports, at work, and in everyday life.
I combine different approaches that complement each other in practice and are tailored specifically to you:
Sports Psychology
Structured, scientifically grounded methods to improve focus, performance, and mental stability.
Breathing Work
Targeted breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and build presence.
Meditation
Training in mindfulness and inner calm—as a foundation for clarity and conscious decision-making.
Embodiment
Working through the body to make mental processes tangible and anchor lasting change.
Who is your work suited for?
For people who want to specifically develop their mental strength—in sports, at work, or in everyday life. Whether you want to perform well under pressure, seek greater clarity, or learn to manage stress better: The work is tailored specifically to you.
How does our collaboration work?
We start with an initial consultation to clarify your concerns and define your goals. Based on that, I tailor the sessions to your needs—depending on what supports you and helps you move forward at that moment.
What methods do you use?
I work with a holistic approach that combines sports psychology, breathwork, meditation, and embodiment. Which methods are used depends on your specific issue and your goals.
Do I have to be an athlete?
No. Even though my work is heavily influenced by competitive sports, it is aimed at anyone who wants to consciously develop their mental strength and well-being.
How many sessions are recommended?
That varies from person to person. Some issues can be resolved in just a few sessions, while others require more time.
Together, we’ll find a structure that works for you.
Does the coaching take place online or in person?
Both options are available. Sessions can be held online or—depending on availability—in person.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you feel stuck, can’t reach your full potential under pressure, or wish for more clarity and stability, coaching can provide targeted support.
What sets your work apart from traditional coaching?
I consciously incorporate the body. Change happens not only through thinking, but also through perception, regulation, and experience.
