Ich bin Psychologin, Sportpsychologin & Psychotherapeutin in Ausbildung

Durch meine eigene jahrelange Erfahrung im Leistungssport lernte ich die Welt des Spitzensports mit all ihren Facetten kennen.
Während meiner aktiven Zeit nahm ich selbst Mentaltraining in Anspruch und spürte wie groß diese Wirkung auf meine Leistung und auf mein Wohlbefinden war.
Ich lernte, wie die mentale Einstellung mein Denken, meine Gefühle und mein Handeln beeinflusst und über Erfolg oder Misserfolg entscheidet.

Zuletzt unerstützte mich das Mentaltrianing auch beim
Beenden meiner sportlichen Karriere und beim Setzen neuer Ziele!
Als Sportpsychologin unterstütze ich Sie dabei, Ihre eigene mentale Stärke zu verbessern und gebe auch gerne meine eigenen "Lessons-Learned" weiter!
